Store Regulations – LILUSSO Online Shop

The LILUSSO online store, operating at www.lilusso.com, is run by Lilusso Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Kłopot 2 / 48, 01-066 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5252719880, REGON: 368073726, KRS: 0000690192.
These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding, and executing sales agreements.
The customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and these regulations.
The regulations are available on the store’s website in a way that allows downloading and saving.

Store – the LILUSSO online service available at www.lilusso.com
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the store
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity
Goods – a product offered for sale in the store
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the store and the customer via the online store

Orders may be placed via the store’s website.
The condition for order fulfillment is the correct completion of the order form and acceptance of these regulations.
After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation to the provided email address.
The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the store confirms acceptance of the order.

All prices in the store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all applicable taxes.
Available payment methods are indicated during the ordering process and may include, among others, online payments, payment card, or bank transfer.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process and added to the product price.
Delivery is carried out via courier companies or postal operators in accordance with the information provided on the store’s website.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should send a statement of withdrawal to the email address: info@lilusso.com or in writing to the store’s registered office.
Refunds, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option), will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

The customer has the right to file a complaint if a defect in the goods is found.
Complaints should be submitted to the email address: info@lilusso.com or in writing to the store’s registered office.
A complaint should include the customer’s data, a description of the defect, and a request regarding the method of handling the complaint.
The store will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
If the complaint is accepted, the store will replace the goods with new ones, remove the defect, or refund the amount paid by the customer.

Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the GDPR and the Store’s Privacy Policy.
The administrator of personal data is Lilusso Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Kłopot 2 / 48, 01-066 Warsaw, Poland.
Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer account management, communication, and – with consent – marketing purposes.

The regulations are available free of charge on the store’s website www.lilusso.com.
The store reserves the right to amend the regulations for important legal or organizational reasons. Changes take effect on the date indicated in the new version of the regulations, not earlier than 7 days from the date of publication.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Disputes arising from sales agreements may be settled amicably or by a competent common court.
